A meeting with everyone involved on the day of the shoot is mandatory before any contract is signed or down payment is accepted. Everyone involved must be present and attentive. No meeting, no session. This is for everyone's safety.
A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session, with the remainder being due prior to the shoot date. Full payment terms are outlined in your client agreement (explained in your consult). There are no refunds on retainer payments. No refunds. No chargebacks. No exceptions. Rescheduling may be allowed at B.A.D.’s discretion with a minimum time notice. Think of it like a concert: if you miss the show, the ticket has served it's purpose.



B.A.D. is a consent-forward, kink-aware, safe space. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or boundary violations = immediate termination without refund. Every client signs a contract and consent agreement before shooting. You are in control of your image use — nothing is published without your written release. And all files, raw and / or edited, are kept securely on encrypted physical hard drives that never leave our studio or connect to online.
